At Nu, we value your confidence in every piece you choose. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Sale items and custom-made pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Refund & Exchange page and complete the request form. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method according to our processing timelines.
